Site Supervisor

 

 

Job Summary: 

Supervise the day to day security and janitorial operations. 

 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage a team of security officers and janitorial staff including hiring/selection

  • Scheduling

  • Payroll

  • Training, coaching, development, and support

  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees

  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet and exceed financial and operational goals 

  • Provide quality customer service

  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met

  • Handle any escalating security issues or emergency situations appropriately

  • Other management responsibilities as determined by the Client or Project Service Inc. management

  • Perform audits of personnel, work quality, policies, etc.

  • Create and implement policies and procedures as necessary

 

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Previous Contract security experience preferred

  • Previous Contract janitorial experience preferred

  • Strong time management experience required with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred

  • Basic computer knowledge preferred

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Able to lift minimum of 50 lbs

  • Must be able to work in all weather environments

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and bend

  • Must be able to work day shifts, shut downs, weekends, and overtime if requested

  • Must pass a drug test

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Abide by Project Service Inc Company and Employee Policy Manual

  • Follow safety and site procedures of client

  • Be an “At Will” Employee

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to perform basic maintenance on company equipment
