Security Supervisor - Escanaba, MI               

Job Summary:


  • Supervise and manage Security/ Emergency Response Services for the protection of all personnel and real property owned, leased or possessed at client’s site in Escanaba, MI.


  • Manage a team of Loss Prevention Officers/ Medical First Responders/Firefighters and Emergency Response Team Members.


  • Additional responsibilities include hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.

  • Must be able to maintain effective relationships with the client, their employees and our staff.

  • Must coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet and exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.


  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met. Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Other management responsibilities as determined by the Client or Director of Security.




Special consideration will be given to applicants with management experience in:

Security, Loss Prevention, Law Enforcement, Military and Health and Safety.


  • Preferred qualifications that will be also considered are Emergency Medical Technician or Medical First Responders, Firefighting Training, Haz Mat Training, Knowledge of Industrial Sprinkler Systems and Experience with Industrial Security Systems.

  • Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
