Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Cloots & Swanson Supplies - Iron Mountain, Michigan.
This essential functions of this position are:
Counter Sales; recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms and delivery dates.
Answering phones, take customer orders and enter orders
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchase Order maintenance, WH Transfers
Stocking store shelves
Pricing of products
In order to perform the duties of this position successfully, the individual will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills, be dedicated to providing top notch customer service; capable to work in both independent and team environments; and exhibit strong time management and organizational abilities. Lifting may include product weighing up to 75 pounds.
